Lesley has conducted more than 200 searches in higher education for presidents, vice presidents, deans, and other leadership positions. As Vice President of Search Operations, Lesley leads the recruitment, professional training, and ongoing development of Education Practice associates and oversees a team of researchers and search support.

With more than two decades of experience in higher education executive search, Lesley has been responsible for leading and supporting searches for many high-profile clients. Today she is responsible for all aspects of Education Practice search operations including research, knowledge management, and analytics as well as related technology, including the utilization and continuing enhancement of our database.

Previously in her career, Lesley served in numerous roles during 10+ years in the education practice of A.T. Kearney Executive Search, rising to the position of Director.

Lesley is an active volunteer in community organizations in Northern New Jersey, including the Montclair Film Festival.
