This Fall, our company celebrated a milestone that was nothing short of extraordinary—50 years of DSG Global (Diversified Search Group). It was a profound honor to gather with so many remarkable individuals to reflect on where we started, celebrate how far we’ve come, and look forward to the future with excitement and purpose.

The evening was truly special, with the presence of three governors, two mayors, congressional and state leaders, and business leaders from a wide range of industries. Their participation was a powerful testament to the impact that’s possible when we come together to drive meaningful change. The energy in the room was electric—a shared moment of pride, gratitude, and connection.

We paid tribute to our visionary founder, Judee von Seldeneck, whose bold leadership and relentless dedication to empowering others laid the foundation for everything DSG has achieved. Her legacy of innovation, inclusion, and excellence continues to inspire us every day.
