DSG | Koya partnered with Redstone on the appointment of Cordelia Tullous as Associate Principal.
Redstone helps philanthropies, nonprofits, and governments solve the world’s most urgent social issues by combining expertise on social impact with client knowledge and experience.
Tullous joined Redstone from Step Up, a mentoring organization, focused on introducing social-emotional learning and opportunities for career practice for teen girls and young adults. In her role, she led the national engagement effort and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan at local and national levels. During her tenure with the organization, she also led Step Up’s regional fundraising, board governance, and external relations.
Prior to her work at Step Up, Tullous spent a significant portion of her career in the education and public service sector working with Leading Educators, KIPP New Orleans Schools, and Accenture.
Previously, Tullous was a member of the Broad Residency in Urban Education, a program that places professionals into management roles in carefully selected education organizations.
Tullous holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and Management from Spellman College. She earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston Law Center. Tullous earned a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership from the Broad Center for the Management of School Systems.
