Vice President of People and Culture

Center on Budget and Policy Priorities

We partnered with the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities on the search for a Vice President of People and Culture. The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities is a nonpartisan research and policy institute that advances federal and state policies to help build a nation where everyone — regardless of income, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, ZIP code, immigration status, or disability status — has the resources they need to thrive and share in the nation’s prosperity.

The search resulted in the recruitment of John-Anthony Meza to the role.

Meza has over 25 years of leadership experience in human resources, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, recruiting, and diversity, equity, and inclusion in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, often serving the social sector. He has served in human resources and operations leadership roles with the Raffa Companies, KABOOM!, the Community Health Accreditation Partner, Corporate Voices for Working Families, KPMG, and, most recently, Arabella Advisors.
