Ryan is a seasoned consultant with twenty years of experience in brand management and corporate strategy. As the founder of Shore Consulting, Ryan provides expert guidance in brand extension, business strategy & operations.  His due diligence for private equity firms has led to approved deals totaling more than $500 million.

 

As Senior Vice President at CAA Brand Management, Ryan led global strategy and operations, driving IT and business infrastructure improvements, and developed the agency’s growth strategy, signing representations for beloved brands, including F1 and Sesame Street. Earlier, as Vice President, he focused on strategic planning and program management for high-profile brands like Netflix & Minecraft, as well as global celebrities including Drew Barrymore and David Beckham.

 

Earlier in his career, Ryan made a significant impact with brand extension initiatives for household names like Budweiser and Jeep at Global Brands Group. While at The Licensing Company, he spearheaded successful retail programs and product

development initiatives for The Hershey Company and Lucas Films.

 

Ryan’s career is marked by a series of industry awards, underscoring his ability to create innovative consumer product programs and brand partnerships. His strategic vision and operational skills have consistently delivered growth and value for a diverse list of clients.

 

Ryan lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his partner and two pups. In his free time, he balances his passion for baking with his tolerance for hiking upstate. He graduated from Lafayette College with a degree in Business & Economics.
