In 1974, Judith von Seldeneck recognized a gender gap in executive leadership and decided to do something about it. She invested in a small firm dedicated to finding jobs for women. That small firm evolved into Diversified Search Group, now DSG Global, a top 10 firm in the nation and the largest woman-founded executive search firm in the world.
A Catalyst for Growth
Since Judee transformed the landscape of executive search 50 years ago, DSG Global grew exponentially. In 2011, we partnered with AltoPartners — a leading international alliance of retained executive search and leadership consulting firms — expanding our reach to offices in over 30 countries and 65 cities worldwide.
Acquisitions across multiple arenas
Since 2016, DSG Global acquired seven additional firms — Bioquest (2016), Koya Partners (2019), Grant Cooper (2019), Storbeck Search (2020), Alta Associates (2022), Executive Women's Forum (2022), Yardstick Management (2023) — further expanding our collective expertise and flexibility to collaborate across sectors and discover exceptional talent in creative ways.
