Arlena joined the EWF in 2023 and serves as a Membership Engagement Manager. In her role, she works closely with members and benefactors to honor the mission of the EWF and ensure a successful onboarding experience. Arlena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Western Michigan University. She has a passion for relationships building and brings five years of experience developing and managing relationships for a women’s membership organization. She is currently located in the metro Detroit area.
