Corina Benitz serves clients across the country, helping them identify senior leaders and board members, with a particular expertise in CEO searches. Corina leads high-profile searches for a wide range of national and regional clients, including artistic and cultural institutions, racial, social justice, and legal advocacy organizations, foundations, and social services agencies. Additionally, she has recruited numerous leaders for trade and professional associations.

Her expertise lies in advising boards and senior management on the optimization of succession planning processes, working closely with clients focused on solving the most pressing challenges facing organizations today, including effectively leading multigenerational and diverse workforces, diversification of revenue, and driving organizational and culture transformation. Corina is recognized for her ability to design tailored search processes that prioritize the inclusion and successful engagement of Boards, staff, and other key stakeholders.

In addition to her executive search portfolio, Corina co-leads the firm’s Nonprofit and Social Impact Practice’s Research Cohort. In this capacity she supervises a team of Research Associates and supports the operational needs of the practice while overseeing the cohort’s capacity, systems, training, and development.

Before entering executive search, Corina began her professional career in fundraising and the arts industry. She worked in development for the Board of Directors of the National Symphony Orchestra at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. There, she was responsible for board recruitment and major gift donor engagement strategy. Prior to her time at the Kennedy Center, Corina worked in client management for several high-profile New York galleries and auction houses, including Christie’s International.

Corina received a BS in Business Administration and Art History from the University of Richmond. She spent a year studying History of Art at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
