Denielle Pemberton serves as a Global Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer of DSG Global, where she directs commercial transactions and manages a portfolio of Board, Legal, and executive-level searches across multiple sectors. She is a shareholder and a member of the Executive Committee, leading the firm’s growth and operations.

DSG Global welcomed Denielle following fifteen years as Group Counsel, Programming and Business Affairs at the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), the nation’s largest non-commercial media enterprise where she led negotiations and directed content acquisition and transactional work across multimedia platforms on behalf of PBS and its 300 plus member stations, and collaborated with on-air talent, program funders, and the PBS Foundation. She previously held executive-level Legal and Business Affairs roles with Discovery Communications (DISC) and Time Warner (TWX), where she supported global strategic initiatives to exploit content and philanthropic initiatives.
As a former judge for the U.S. Commission for White House Fellows, Denielle remains committed to increasing the aperture of talent assessed to assume transformational leadership roles. Her clients have included, American Express, Hyatt Hotels, LVMH, Morgan Stanley, Nature Conservancy, Obama Foundation, and the Smithsonian Institution.
