As a Search Associate at DSG | Koya, Gina Wrolstad Kueber executes C-suite and executive-level recruitments for nonprofit and mission-driven clients.

In close partnership with client stakeholders and internal teams, Gina facilitates the full cycle search process — from conducting in-depth needs assessments, to developing candidate profiles and evaluation materials aligning with clients’ unique goals. She also leads all aspects of candidate engagement, including targeted outreach, interviews, and guiding finalists through the selection process. Her experience spans sectors such as legal and social justice, philanthropy, arts and culture, and higher education.

Gina excels in crafting tailored recruitment strategies and deliverables, fostering strong client relationships, and stewarding candidates through the search process with a commitment to detail and care. She is passionate about driving process improvements, internal collaboration, and contributing to firm-wide best practices.

Gina’s past experiences include team leadership and project management in the concert dance sphere and organizations serving communities with disabilities. Prior to DSG | Koya, she developed digital marketing strategies, managed brand-aligned projects, and coordinated conference engagements at a pediatric therapy organization. Additionally, she has spearheaded multidisciplinary projects surrounding adaptive and physically integrated dance practices, engaging populations with Parkinson’s disease, autism spectrum disorder, and individuals who are Deaf and hard of hearing.

A native Coloradan and current Chicagoan, Gina spends her free time skiing, hiking, attending concert dance and music performances, and trying new restaurants in the city.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Loyola University Chicago.
