Holly previously served as a Senior Coach with Management Leadership for Tomorrow, the premier source of diverse talent for elite business schools, companies, and organizations in the public and private sectors. Holly also worked at Goldman Sachs in Global Leadership and Diversity. Before Goldman she was an MBA Career Advisor at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. At Wharton, she was a member of the inaugural diversity task force.
