Mahalia Lynch currently serves as Managing Associate in the Financial Officers Practice for DSG Global and is a member of the Corporate Sector group based in Philadelphia, serving various sectors, including healthcare and managed care, financial services, and life sciences. Her search experience includes corporate CFO and other senior-level financial officer assignments as well as CEO and other c-suite leader engagements. With responsibility for facilitating and executing the search process, Mahalia leads the development of unique strategies for each search, utilizing key resources and best practices to effectively recruit and develop a strong candidate pool.

Since joining DSG in 2011, Mahalia has led searches for a diverse client base, including Fortune 500, mid-size public and private companies, as well as private equity and venture-backed companies across multiple industries. Prior to becoming an Associate, she served as a Senior Research Associate for the firm, specializing in the healthcare and higher education sectors.
