Michael’s career has centered around building businesses and advising on human capital strategy. For over 20 years, Michael has worked as an Executive Recruiter focused across a number of leadership roles and functional areas, from front- to back-office, within Financial Services companies.

Today, Michael leads DSG Global’s Financial Services Practice. He also is a member of the firm’s Board, CEO and Financial Officers Practices. Michael’s clients have included Banks, Investment Banks, Private Equity, Private Debt, Venture Capital, Family Offices, Specialty Finance Companies, Wealth Management firms, Insurance companies, Asset and Investment Managers and Hedge Funds.

Previously he served as Co-Founder and Partner at Highland Road LLC, a boutique executive search and capital advisory firm in Los Angeles. Prior to co-founding the firm, he served as a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, where he concentrated on capital markets in the financial services sector, and as a Client Partner at Korn Ferry International, where he helped build the firm’s global markets business. He began his career as part of the management team at PBJ Digital, a North Hollywood start-up company.
