As a Senior Search Coordinator, Natalie assists senior leaders in recruiting top talent for mission-driven organizations. With over six years of recruiting experience, Natalie provides project management support for the West Coast team. She supports all stages of the search process, including search operations and logistics. Natalie is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Prior to Koya Partners – a part of Diversified Search Group – Natalie worked at a national recruitment firm, where she partnered with clients in a variety of industries, including higher education, community improvement, and healthcare.
