As a Search Associate in the Philadelphia office, Nikki works with search teams on client engagement and search logistics, focusing on project management.
Nikki joined Koya Partners | Diversified Search Group from 24Seven, a creative services staffing firm. As Office Manager, Nikki supported administration, business development, recruiting, and special projects. Prior, Nikki has held a variety of office management roles with responsibilities including administrative and finance support, recruiting and HR, and client engagement at organizations including Korn/Ferry International and Common Practice (the company behind the famous Dissent Pins).
In her spare time, Nikki volunteers as an animal foster, focusing on finding new homes for cats.
