Robert (Rob) Alessandrini, CFA, is the Chief Financial Officer of DSG Global, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and investment management.

Prior to joining DSG Global, Rob served for more than two decades as Chief Financial Officer at The Judge Group, where he led the company’s worldwide finance organization, overseeing acquisitions, treasury, tax planning, and investor relations. Under his leadership, Judge experienced significant growth and transformation, expanding its reach and strengthening its financial infrastructure.

Before his tenure at The Judge Group, Rob was an investment analyst at DuPont Capital Management, where he played a key role in managing the DuPont Pension Fund, focusing on multi-asset investments. Earlier in his career, he held financial analyst and supervisory positions at The Vanguard Group, one of the world’s largest investment firms.

A highly respected financial leader, Rob has been recognized as CFO of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal. He is a member of Financial Executives International, The CFO Alliance, Financial Analysts of Philadelphia, and the Association for Corporate Growth.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Rob is passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, serving as an equity member in the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group II (MAG II), where he supports small businesses and technology startups. He has also held advisory roles with local nonprofit organizations and previously served as part of the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association’s Philadelphia Chapter.

Rob holds the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and earned both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in International Finance from Villanova University.

His expertise spans financial management and analysis, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, investment strategy, tax planning, and strategic growth initiatives.
