His vision and commitment to excellence along with a passion for life sciences, provide the platform for the BioQuest service model, which for over three decades has transformed the firm into one of the leading life science practice firms in the United States.

Anderson’s practice is focused exclusively on conducting searches at the Board of Director, CEO, and Vice President levels. He has successfully completed more than 90 CEO searches for both private, emerging and small-cap medical device, and diagnostic companies – raising significant value for clients through the recruitment of outstanding executive leadership.
