Shelby Heitzenrater joined the EWF in 2024 and serves as the Marketing and Communications Manager. She brings six years of experience marketing international conferences across a wide array of scientific and technical industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English Literature from The University of Akron. Shelby is passionate about connecting with people and sharing ideas and solutions. She currently resides in Akron, OH, where she enjoys adventuring with her friends, reading and writing poetry, and getting bossed around by her two cats.
