Tyler Ridgeway joined DSG Global from Kreischer Miller where he was a
partner for 15 years. He helped grow and lead their Executive Search
Group and had a track record of building and advancing C-level teams for
many of the best companies in the area. Ridgeway’s firm and its team had a
keen focus on transforming many large mid-market companies by helping
them attract and retain world-class executive teams.

Prior to his work in the search industry, he was an attorney working for
Senior Management Group. There, he specialized in sports management,
negotiating for NFL players, and leading sponsorship agreements with
major corporate entities. These entities included Disney, ESPN, and Fleer
Trading Cards. He also personally represented key XGAMES’ icons.

Ridgeway remains certified with the Pennsylvania Bar. He has been an
active Board member for fifteen years with the MidAtlantic Employers
Association. He joined the Radnor Conservancy Board in 2020, and served
as President from 2022-2024.

Tyler proudly supports the Penn State Dance Marathon. He generated his
own high school senior scholarship in 2007, which awards graduating
seniors who possess top qualities in leadership, academics, and sports.
Forty seniors have won awards since 2007.

Tyler is a native of Bradford, PA, home of the Zippo lighter company, and he
currently resides in Villanova, PA, with his wife, Emily, and two daughters,
Mia and Kelly.
