Zack Deming specializes in executive searches for Aviation, Transportation, and Logistics clients and is based in Atlanta. With over a decade of executive search experience, Zack brings expertise in the human capital space with deep industry knowledge and a unique perspective on infrastructure redevelopment in North America. 

Zack leads the Aviation, Transportation, & Logistics Practice and has recently conducted executive and board searches for a broad range of clients across the airline, aerospace, and airport sectors, as well as third-party logistics, e-commerce/final mile, and broader industrial services.

He joined DSG Global from another leading global search firm, where he was a senior partner serving the same practice areas.

Zack began his career on Capitol Hill, serving as a Staff Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives before spending time in Financial Services.

Additionally, Zack is a Board Member of ACI Logistix, Board Member Emeritus of Terry College of Business, University of Georgia, and a member of the Rotary Club of Downtown Atlanta.

He earned a BBA in Finance from Terry College of Business at University of Georgia and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
