Brandon joined United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut in February 2025 as their Chief Philanthropy Officer. Prior to joining United Way, Brandon served as Senior Director, Advisory Services at Orr Group. Orr Group is a premier consulting firm that caters to nonprofit organizations to optimize their growth. In his role at Orr Group, Brandon partnered with dozens of nonprofits across multiple mission areas. He was responsible for designing and implementing fundraising strategies for organizations both locally and internationally.

Brandon is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta’s Cooperstown Graduate Program with a M.A. in History Museum Studies.
