We partnered with the Solihten Institute on the search for a President & CEO. The Solihten Institute is an interfaith counseling network of nearly 40 Centers and over 200 offices in 22 states.

Our work resulted in the recruitment of Dan Stephens to the role.

Stephens has led initiatives focused on education and health equity, including mental health initiatives. Most recently, Stephens served as Executive Director of the Rotary Club of Birmingham and the RCB Foundation. The Rotary Club of Birmingham is the largest in the United States and second largest in the world.

Stephens’ impressive educational credentials include a Master of Counseling from University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Master of Divinity from Columbia Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Georgia. He also completed the Allstate Foundation’s Nonprofit Executive Leadership Program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
