Koya | Diversified Search Group partnered with Loyola University Chicago on the appointment of Dominique Jordan Turner as Vice President of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Turner joins Loyola with a wealth of knowledge and experience as a business and social justice professional. She runs a consultancy, Dare To Be the First, which helps first-generation and marginalized communities go beyond a college degree to achieve their full leadership potential.
Prior, Turner worked as President and CEO of Chicago Scholars, where she oversaw an educational program that helped students from underserved neighborhoods get in and through college.
In her new role as VP of Institutional DEI, Turner will lead and coordinate DEI efforts across the University and develop a long-term strategy to support the institution’s goals and mission.
