Lisa Fiala is an innovative program leader, educator, and consultant with over 15 years of experience managing global programs across 40+ countries. Her work spans diverse sectors, including education, health, and community development, with a strong focus on fostering cross-cultural understanding, collaboration, and social impact. She is recognized for her ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex international programs, and forge unique partnerships with a broad, worldwide network. Lisa has worked with global nonprofits, the United Nations, and as an adjunct faculty member teaching development and international studies.
Lisa’s first international work experience was as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bulgaria and Ghana, where she contributed to community-driven development initiatives. She was also awarded the prestigious Fulbright International Education Administrators (IEA) grant in France, further solidifying her commitment to fostering global collaboration and sustainable development.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Miami University and a Master of Arts in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training. She brings a collaborative, results-driven approach to creating meaningful and lasting impact through innovative programs and partnerships.
