Margaret Coad, CFRE has been working in the nonprofit sector for over 10 years in healthcare, higher education, environmental causes, and the arts. She developed her career in capital campaigns and donor relations before shifting into frontline major donor relationships. Among many volunteer roles, Coad served as Development Chair on the Board for a mental health advocacy nonprofit and the Chair for the International Association of Donor Relations Professionals Conference. Her work has been recognized with awards from ADRP and CASE.

A practicing Soto Zen Buddhist and former professional musician, her work is rooted in mindfulness, authenticity and courage in the pursuit of helping others form meaningful connections and shared values in action.
