Most recently, she served as the Chief Operating Officer (and Global CHRO) at SAPRO, where she scaled international operations, launched award-winning DEI programs, and enhanced workforce development strategies.

Mary is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE). She possesses advanced qualifications in leadership development, succession planning, and strategy. Recognized for her contributions to workplace culture, she has received industry accolades, including the “Best Place for Diversity” and the “Best Place for Women” awards.
