We partnered with The Mozilla Foundation on the search for a Director, Campaigns. The Mozilla Foundation is an American nonprofit organization that exists to support and collectively lead the open source Mozilla project.
Our work resulted in the recruitment of Nicholas Piachaud to the role.
Piachaud is a policy and advocacy expert who has led work for international organizations across the education, technology and human rights sectors.
He previously led advocacy at the Varkey Foundation, a global education charity, and was a researcher for Amnesty International, the prominent human rights organization.
As an advocacy leader, Piachaud has delivered a range of impactful projects for international groups. He has led on global summits which convened top policymakers and corporate leaders, chaired delegations that met with presidents, prime ministers and international governmental bodies, and overseen campaigns that coordinated activists in over 20 countries. As an expert on public policy, he has also worked as a researcher and analyst on a diverse range of complex subjects, from attitudes to public education to humanitarian issues.
Piachaud studied at the University of Oxford.
