Koya | Diversified Search Group’s partnership with Food for the Hungry resulted in the placement of L. Regina Johnson-Thomas as Chief Talent and Culture Officer (CTCO).
For over four decades, Food for the Hungry has sought to end all forms of human poverty through purposeful relief and development, fighting against poverty and serving the vulnerable in over 20 countries globally.
As CTCO, Johnson will lead and oversee all Global HR functions. Reporting to the CEO, she is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and responsible for integrating the global HR strategy with the global strategy while living out Food for the Hungry’s “Heartbeat” (guiding principles).
Johnson is a well-versed HR professional with over 20 years of experience in executive partnering, workforce planning, organization development, training, change management, and administration in a global environment.
Johnson spent over 17 years in corporate America, working for both Honeywell International and Ethicon, a Johnson and Johnson Company. She also served 12 years in the Military (U.S. Army) as a Military Intelligence Officer.
She brings strong leadership, keen analytical and problem-solving skills, organization development and culture building experience.
Johnson is a servant leader who enjoys sharing and learning. She is an active leader in her local church where she serves as Executive Pastor. She also mentors several young women in their call into Ministry.
She holds a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Organization Management, and a Master’s degree in Administration.
