Westchester Medical Center Health Network/WMCHealth seeks an invasive or non-invasive cardiologist to join their leading practices at MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York. 

MidHudson Regional Hospital is a 243-bed hospital with services including the area’s first Level II Trauma Center, WMCHealth Heart and Vascular Institute, Advanced Orthopedics, Advanced ENT, neurosciences, behavioral health services, the Center for Robotic Surgery, the Redl Center for Cancer Care and Maria Fareri Children’s Healthcare Services at MidHudson Hudson Regional Hospital.  The Heart & Vascular Institute at MidHudson Regional Hospital has a new diagnostic cardiac catheterization laboratory for the performance of coronary angiography and other advanced diagnostic techniques, and advanced imaging, including CT angiography with FFR.  Candidates with training and expertise in diagnostic cardiac catheterization will have the opportunity to use state-of-the-art equipment for the performance of advanced invasive diagnostic studies.

The ideal candidate will offer:  

  • Active New York State Medical License and/or eligibility to obtain 

  • Expertise in echocardiography, stress echo, and nuclear testing 

  • Completion of an accredited fellowship training in cardiology 

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible 

  • Academic and teaching interests 

  • Excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills required

Compensation arrangements are competitive and will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience and achievements, and responsibilities of this position. The estimated good faith range is $350,000 - $575,000.
