Compensation & Benefits

Salary for the role is anticipated to range from $230,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience. Opera Philadelphia offers comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, paid parental leave, a retirement match, short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and a generous paid time off policy.
