Lebanon Valley College (LVC) in Annville, Pa., seeks an entrepreneurial, results-oriented leader to serve as its next Provost. A senior team member reporting to President James M. MacLaren, the Provost will lead an excellent faculty in leveraging LVC’s many assets to enhance the College’s educational, social, and regional impact and continue to drive outstanding student and graduate outcomes.
Reporting directly to the President, the Provost is the chief academic officer for the College. The Provost is responsible for implementing the College’s academic strategic plan partnering with the faculty.
The Provost will provide primary administrative leadership, direction, and evaluation for all the College’s academic activities and faculty affairs.

The salary range for this position is $215,000-$235,000. Lebanon Valley College has provided a compensation range representing its good faith estimate of what the College may pay for the position at the time of posting. The College may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
