THE ROLE OF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY IMPACT
The Director of Community Impact will lead our community impact and engagement efforts to develop partnerships and strategic relationships that are relevant and responsive to our school communities and the neighborhoods that surround them. Our vision for the work is that the Director of Community Impact engages with parents, community members, and mission-aligned organizations to share the positive stories of Illinois charter schools, educate prospective allies and champions on the charter movement and to cultivate goodwill among people who would be able to influence change that benefits charter schools across Chicago and across the State of Illinois.
