The Opportunity

The Chief Impact Officer (“CIO”) will play a critical role in shaping and realizing ACF’s strategic goals and strengthening the impact of the Foundation across Arizona’s many communities and their unique needs. By carefully coordinating ACF’s work across development & donor engagement, community engagement & grantmaking, and marketing & communications programs that are aligned with the Foundation’s new strategic plan, the CIO will catalyze visible and measurable statewide growth and community impact for ACF. Reporting to the CEO, the CIO will effectively implement strategies that guide the Foundation’s work and drive its progress toward meeting the needs of Arizona’s many communities under the organization’s new strategic direction.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. The salary range for this role is $225,000 to $275,000 with some flexibility, based on the academic, professional, and community experiences and credentials of a candidate.
