The Opportunity

The Vice President, Community Engagement & Impact (“VP”) will be a skilled manager and leader in activating and supporting the Community Engagement & Impact team around ACF’s recently articulated strategy to effectively engage community partners and members in the Foundation’s programs and efforts to shape a better state. This leader will draw upon a wealth of experiences and resources related to team management, strategy implementation, and community engagement best practices to empower their team with the tools needed to activate Arizona’s many diverse and unique communities and move the work of ACF forward as a community-first philanthropic organization and the state’s largest foundation.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000 with some flexibility, based on the academic, professional, and community experiences and credentials of a candidate.
