The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO and supervising the Senior Manager of Partnerships, the Chief Partnership Officer (CPO) serves as a key member of Common Impact’s executive leadership team. The CPO will define the business development strategy and lead execution for revenue generation and diversification, including the maintenance and growth of the organization’s primary revenue stream through corporate partnerships, as well as the cultivation of foundation or other revenue-generating partnerships.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader who is a masterful partnership steward, has demonstrated an ability to lead client relationship development from initial pitch to signed work, and has experience collaborating to create marketing strategies that drive revenue generation. The successful candidate will be a partnership builder and a transparent leader who can identify, cultivate, and grow revenue-generating relationships. The CPO will understand how to engage and activate individuals with widely varying backgrounds, experiences, and goals.
Compensation & Benefits
This role is a remote full-time staff position with a salary range of $200,000 -$225,000 annually, and an additional bonus structure. Common Impact offers competitive benefits, including 3 weeks of vacation, 11 holidays, the final week of the year off, 12 sick days, $1,000 toward professional development, a dependent care and health care flexible spending plan, a 401k plan and 2% match, paid parental leave, and medical and dental coverage.
