The Opportunity
CIEL is seeking a bold, charismatic, and collaborative visionary to be its next President and CEO (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Trustees, leadership team, staff members, partners, funders, and supporters to advance CIEL’s objectives and ensure the organization’s long-term sustainability.
The Board will look to its next CEO to think creatively and strategically about how to build upon CIEL’s successful 35-year legacy, with a strong reputation among partners for thought leadership, collaboration, and movement building and support delivered through high-quality programs and trusted teams. The CEO of CIEL reports directly to the Board of Trustees and supervises all programs, fundraising, and fiscal functions of the organization and its 60+ person globally dispersed team.
Compensation
Salary for the role is anticipated to range from $230,000 – 270,000, commensurate with experience.
