The Spaht Family Foundation, a start-up foundation founded by Holden and Claire Spaht, is hiring its first Executive Director to drive strategic partnerships and grantmaking excellence. Based in San Francisco, the Foundation’s primary portfolio focuses on the Arts, Environment, and Mental Health -- all reflecting the longstanding philanthropic legacy of the family. With assets of $130 million, the Foundation is expected to grow significantly in the years ahead.
The Opportunity
The Spaht Family Foundation is seeking an Executive Director with significant experience to lead and manage strategy, grantmaking, partnerships, and administration. Working in close collaboration with the Spaht family, the Executive Director will help create and implement programs, process, and infrastructure to maximize the Foundation’s impact.
This is an opportunity to build on the Spaht family’s vision and take it to the next level, resulting in a best-in-class organization and platform for the Spaht family’s philanthropic endeavors.
