Landmark College is the nation’s preeminent institution for neurodivergent students with learning differences (“LD”—including dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and executive function challenges). Landmark is a fully accredited, traditional college that provides an intentionally designed, resource-rich, academic and student life model for its unique learners. The College’s current enrollment includes 498 residential undergraduate students and 175 students participating in online programming and college preparation courses.

The president is the chief executive officer of Landmark College and reports to the Board of Trustees. In partnership with a talented and collaborative President’s Council team, the president has overall strategic, financial, and operational responsibility for Landmark. The president serves and leads all members of the campus and is an ambassador for Landmark to local, national, and global communities. The next president will join the College at a moment of palpable momentum. Landmark is characterized by an inclusive, diverse student-centered community, well-supported academics, financial strength, healthy enrollment, exceptional faculty and staff, and a dedicated and supportive Board of Trustees. 

Nominations and applications should be submitted electronically. The Landmark College Presidential Search Committee will begin to evaluate applications in January 2025. Although applications will be welcomed until the time that a new president is selected, candidates should submit materials by February 2, 2025 to ensure fullest consideration. The new president is expected to begin serving on or around July 1, 2025.Applications should include a letter of candidacy that responds to the agenda for leadership and the desired attributes for the president and a complete résumé or vita. All application materials will be considered in full confidence. The estimated salary range for this position is $400,000 - $450,000. Landmark College has provided a compensation estimate that represents its good faith estimate of what the institution may pay for the position at the time of posting.
