Imperial Beach Community Clinic seeks a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the chief administrative officer of the organization, the CEO shall carry out the goals and objectives of the Imperial Beach Community Clinic, Inc., as defined and regulated by the Board of Directors. The CEO is responsible for contract compliance with the county, state, and federal governments, and other funding sources. Other major areas of responsibility include fiscal management and reporting, personnel administration, clinic operation direction, and maintenance of adequate records.
The CEO will provide thoughtful and strategic leadership for the overall management of IBCC, including the following areas:
- Financial Services
- Clinical Operations
- Human Resources
- Facilities
- Risk Management
- Case Management
- Managed Care Services
- Quality Improvement
- Marketing
QUALIFICATIONS
- Five to ten years of experience in progressive leadership roles is strongly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is required, a master’s degree is preferred.
- HRSA experience is required to be successful in this role. This includes understanding a clinic’s responsibilities and deadlines. Audit experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The CEO will lead the center in achieving its mission and strategic, operational, and financial goals.
The base salary for this position is $275,000-$325,000.
