About Trinity Health System

Trinity Health System, with a net revenue of $291M, provides care to a service area of just over 200,000 individuals and offers a full array of acute and outpatient services through two campuses in Steubenville, Ohio, a critical access hospital in Dennison, Ohio, a growing physician enterprise, and a variety of ambulatory locations across the Ohio Valley. Trinity maintains physician offices, Walk-in Lab Draw facilities, the Tony Teramana Cancer Center, WorkCare, and the Digestive and Nutrition Center throughout its Tri-State area.

In mid-2024, Trinity unveiled a new 183, 400 square foot, 88-bed patient tower at Trinity Medical Center West. The new facilities include a surgical services hub with 16 progressive care beds near the main operating rooms and an intensive care unit, and 36 single-patient rooms. Through the addition, the hospital is able to offer all patients a private room.

Additional system expansion is underway, as a neighborhood “micro hospital” is currently under construction to serve the growing and underserved community of Belmont County, Ohio, and set to open in the summer of 2025.
