Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance, Executive Director, Atlanta, GA

About Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA)

Founded in 2007, the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA) promotes energy efficiency as a catalyst for economic growth, workforce development, and energy security across southeastern states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. As of 2021, SEEA’s footprint expanded to include the US Islands, which have complementary climate zones: American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands.

As one of six independent Regional Energy Efficiency Organizations (REEOs), SEEA is a 501 c 3 membership organization that brings together utilities, state and local governments, energy service companies, manufacturers, corporate partners, non-profits, and stakeholders to support an affordable, reliable, secure grid to ensure a robust economy for all we serve.

SEEA’s work has never been more important. As a hub for planning, innovation, resources, and collaboration for energy efficient policy, the built environment, and accessible, affordable, efficient transportation; SEEA is a non-partisan, consensus-based trusted industry partner.  SEEA is a regional convener of energy organizations and partners and promotes energy efficiency as a tool to move the energy sector forward. SEEA’s role is critical in advancing knowledge, ensuring broad collaboration, and generating deep and pervasive impacts that benefit stakeholders across the region.

The new Executive Director will join an inspired team committed to helping the region embrace and benefit from the power of energy efficiency as we seek to meet increased energy demand, ensure a reliable grid, and reduce energy poverty.
