ROLE SUMMARY

The EWF is seeking an Operations & Finance Manager to work internally with the EWF and DSG Global teams and externally with vendors and clients on operations, finance, and reporting-related projects. This position will also manage specific projects for the EWF senior leadership, business development, engagement, leadership development, marketing, and events departments. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the Operations & Accounting Manager will help to ensure efficient and effective processes and reporting throughout the organization. This is a remote role located in ET, CT, or MT time zones. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Complete invoice requests and manage set-up and submission through external payment portals.
  • Manage accounts receivable activities in coordination with DSG Global finance team.
  • Develop and reconcile EWF monthly revenue, bank, and credit card statements/reports for the DSG Global finance team.
  • Manage coding and payment for EWF expenses, including invoices and credit card payments.
  • Complete new vendor and banking forms.
  • Support contract management in Tropic online platform.
  • Support audit information requests as needed.
  • Support budget development and tracking.
  • Manage project planning activities and metrics tracking in Monday.com.
  • Support day-to-day activities for EWF partnership and Board of Advisors activities.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating records in the EWF membership and associated databases.
  • Provide project management support to the senior leadership, business development, engagement, leadership academy, and marketing/events teams throughout the year.
  • Other responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations, finance, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in managing accounts receivables, online AR/AP and contract portals, revenue and expense reconciliations, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Technically proficient in various platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Able to think critically and plan, synchronize, and execute tasks with a diverse set of individuals in different roles.
  • Extremely organized, with attention to detail and superior communication skills.
  • Strong capacity for working independently and collaboratively.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to meet and manage deadlines.
  • Able to work efficiently from remote home office.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
  • Experience with Your Membership or similar association/customer management tools.  
  • Experience in membership-based organizations and programs (preferred)
  • Some travel required (<10%)
  • This is a remote role located in ET, CT, or MT time zones.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation for this role has a starting salary of $75,000 and is bonus eligible. The compensation package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k match, and generous PTO including sabbatical time and parental leave, as well as short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and FSA.
