Liberty Tech Charter School (LTCS) seeks nominations and applications for an experienced and strategic leader to serve as its next Executive Director.
The Executive Director will support LTCS to implement its experiential project-based learning (PBL) instructional program with fidelity, lead operational elements with excellence, and steward relationships with families and the local community.

Located 35 miles south of Atlanta, in Brooks, GA, LTCS is a vibrant elementary and middle school serving 400+ students. Position Details
Reporting directly to the Liberty Tech Charter School Board, the Executive Director will implement the strategic priorities of the organization, strengthen current programming, codify and ensure effective implementation of the PBL competency-based curriculum, grow, develop, and evaluate the teaching and administrative teams, steward the organization’s operations, finances and resources, and position LTCS for expansion of impact.
This is an ideal role for a leader who is energized by the prospect of school growth and expansion, whose work is grounded in strong command of elementary and middle school instruction, who has a track record of developing others, who is eager to become a part of this special school community, and who is excited by the prospect of working with the Board and community to realize its vision.
The Executive Director will be responsible for implementing the long-term strategic vision for LTCS’s growth and expansion, advancing the school's mission, ensuring high academic standards, and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture that supports both students and educators. This leader must be skilled in change management, instructional leadership, and community engagement, with a passion for project-based learning and STEAM education.
